How to apply?
For CCB positions there are two Recruitment per year. You can apply for all the positions, there are no prerequisites. The Executive Board and the Team Leaders will evaluate you, with different instruments (CV, Cover Letter or Personal Interviews). To have more information, you can follow us on social media.
Where is the campus located?
The campus is located in the small but beautiful Louvain-la-Neuve, just 30 minutes away from Brussels with the car.
How do I find my classes on campus?
Finding one’s way in a new campus can be quite challenging. Under this link you can find all the abbreviations for the different buildings:

Where can I eat on campus?
There is a variety of restaurants where you can eat that can all be found in the centre of LLN. Pizza, pasta, sushi, sandwiches, kebab, burgers; there is nothing that cannot be found! And if you would like to spend a little less, UCLouvain offers a canteen service where you can get a full meal for less than 4 Euros. More information for that here:

Where is the CEMS Office?
The CEMS office, which is your main place of reference, is located in Place de Doyens 1, at the first floor.
Where can I find my schedule?
You can find your schedule in myUCL in “Mes études > M’inscrire aux cours
However, remember to register in your courses on Moodle (find the code for each course in the myUCL section mentioned before). Moreover, you can make your own calendar on ADE Scheduler and by adding the course codes you can have your own personalized schedule.
Are classes mandatory?
Most of the classes are mandatory but you have to check on the Moodle page of that particular class.
How are classes structured?
Classes are structured in a very dynamic and self-learning based approach. This means that you will be able to do group works, make presentations and solve case studies. It is different from the traditional teaching method.
